Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-I) L. P. and Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-II) L. P (collectively, "Herkules") have today subscribed for 47,161,775 shares in Scana ASA for a price of NOK 1,10 per share by conversion of a receivable towards Scana. Ownership after the subscription is 78,161,775 shares, corresponding to 17,74% of the new outstanding number of shares.

Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-I) L. P owns 20,471,101 shares equal to 4,65% and Herkules Private Equity IV (Jersey-II) L. P owns 57,690,674 million shares equal to 13,09%.
