Scana Industrier ASA - Disclosure of share acquisiton

Reference is made to the rights issue in Scana Industrier ASA ("Scana"). Per

Ravnestad has subscribed and been allotted 60 000 000 shares in the rights issue

and will following registration of the share issue in the Norwegian Register of

Business Enterprises own 62 389 361 shares in Scana, corresponding to an

ownership of 5.8%, above the disclosure threshold at 5 %. The  shares were

subscribed for at a subscription price of NOK 0.10 per share.

Per Ravnestad own the shares through the companies Panda AS and International

Oilfield Services AS.
