Correction - INCUS INVESTOR ASA - Closing of the Scana Property AB deal is fullfilled

INCUS Investor announced the 19(th) August that the subsidiary Scana Property AS

had signed a share purchase agreement for sale of the shares in Scana Property

AB, which owns the properties in Karlskoga (Sweden). Closing is fulfilled

according to plan and Scana Property AS has received the sales amount for the

shares. The profit amounts to appx. 9 million SEK in the Groups accounts and

will be booked in the third quarter.

Scana Property owns and manage properties used by sister companies and external

tenants in Norway and Sweden.
