Management changes in Incus Investor ASA

CFO of Incus Investor ASA Mr. Kjetil Flesjå is from this day also acting as CEO in Incus Investor ASA, until a new CEO is recruited. During the period he will take care of the operational and daily operations of the company.

Mr Flesja will hold both positions in this interim phase.

Also, the Board of Directors has agreed with the Chairman, Mr. Dag Schjerven,

to act as executive chairman in the same period.
