Rugland to leave Scana

CFO in Scana Industrier ASA, Christian Rugland, will leave Scana in March 2011

to become CEO for Sodexo Remote Sites in Norway and Denmark. - Christian Rugland

has made an outstanding performance in Scana as CFO and chairman of key

businesses in Asia. Also, he has been a very good and positive colleague in our

group management team. He now wants to resume responsibility for a business

entity, and I give him my best wishes for his future career, CEO in Scana

Industrier ASA, Rolf Roverud, says. The process to recruit a new CFO for Scana

Industrier ASA has started. The executive search and selection company Kontrast
