Bergen, 19 November 2024: Scana ASA calls for an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday 10 December 2024 at 10:00 as a digital meeting. The agenda item for the Extraordinary General Meeting is Board of Directors election. Information about log-in details for the meeting is available in the notice at www.scana.no.

The notice will be sent today to all shareholders.

The extraordinary general meeting will be held in Norwegian as a digital meeting only, with no physical attendance for shareholders. Voting will be handled online during the meeting. Information about log-in details for the meeting is available in the notice of the general meeting and on the company’s web page. The web page includes a guide for online participation. The registration deadline for participation in the Extraordinary General Meeting is 6 December 2024, at 16:00 CET, in accordance with the company's articles of association.

Online voting in advance of the meeting is also possible. Advance votes must be submitted electronically, via the Company’s [email protected] or VPS Investor Services. The deadline for advance voting is 6 December 2024 at 16:00 CET.
