The Annual General Meeting of Scana ASA was held on June 8, 2023.

All items according to the agenda dated May 16, 2023, were approved including an alternative proposal for item 8. For agenda item 8 concerning the election of the Board of directors an alternative proposal was approved. New Board Member in Scana ASA is Morten Blix.
