• 1. To take note of the Report on Sberbank's Performance for 9Months of 2019 and Financial Performance for 10Months of 2019.
• 1. Take note of Sberbank Group Risk Report for Q3 2019.
• 1. To take note of the informaon on the results of inspecons carried out by the Internal Audit Service of Sberbank for the 9 months of 2019.To approve the Work plan of the Internal AuditService of Sberbank for 2020.
• 1. To take into account the informaon on the compliance system development level, and implemented and planned compliance risk management measures.
• 1. To take into consideraon the informaon on the work of the Internal Control Service of Sberbank in 2019.
• 1. Note the Report on Corporate Governance System atSberbank in 2019. Approve the results of achievingthe goals of 2019 and keyareas of corporate governance development for 2020.

Recognize the performance of the Corporate Secretary in 2019 as complying with the goals of Sberbank to improve the corporate governance system and pracces.

Carry out performance self-assessment of the Supervisory Board and its Commi5ees for 2019 accordingto the recommendaon given by the Supervisory Board HR and Remuneraon Commi5ee. Consider the self-assessment resultsat the Supervisory Board meengin March 2020.
