We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors (“the Board”) of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 10[th] April, 2025 inter-alia has approved/recommended/taken note of the following:-

1. Approved the Sanction letter of term loan of Rs. 2.62 Crores from SVC Co-operative Bank Limited for installing Solar Power Unit. The Company will enter in to Term Loan Agreement to avail the Rupee Term Loan facility amounting Rs. 2.62 Crores.

(Details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 will be shared on execution of Agreement).

The meeting commenced at 11:00 A.M. and concluded at 11:30 A.M.
