Sub: Intimation of filing of petition of Capital Reduction with National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench.

We would like to inform you that SBEC Systems (India) Limited has filed the petition for approval of scheme of reduction of Share Capital with the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal- New Delhi Bench.

Further, the Company has entered into an agreement with one more secured creditor namely SVC Cooperative Bank Limited on 28[th] March, 2024 and has taken the No-Objection certificate (NOC) for the aforesaid Scheme.
