Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company hereby informs that, Mr. Jagdish Chander Chawla (DIN: 05316202) has completed his term as an Independent Director on September 22, 2025 and consequently ceased to be the Independent Director of the Company with effect from end of business hours of September 22, 2025.

Consequent to Mr. Chawla’s completion of term as an Independent Director, he ceased to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Member of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.

The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company place on record their sincere appreciation for the valuable contributions, guidance and services rendered by Mr. Jagdish Chander Chawla during his association with the Company.
