Additional Explanations

Through the Decision no 2023/10 of the Board of Directors of our Company dated 27.02.2023 it has been decided to initiate a buy-back programme in order to support healthy price and volume formations and stability at the share market of our Company with a view to protecting the interests of our shareholders.

Within the scope of the share buy-back program, our company's shares with TL 58,571 nominal value were bought back on May 3, 2023 within a price range of TL 21,64 – TL 22,8 (weighted average TL 22,02 ) per share on Istanbul Stock Exchange by our company.

Following the transaction total nominal value of repurchased shares is TL 258,571 which represents 0,33 per cent of the our company'a capital.
