Re: Immediate Report

The Company is pleased to update, in connection with the description in the Company's prospectus¹ regarding research and development processes of the Company's unique system for advanced digital production of meat substitutes (including using 3D printing) (the "Robot-Chef System" or the "System"), that during March 2021 the Company has progressed in the development process and completed the main design phase² of an advanced version of the System and began with the production of a first series of the Robot-Chef System (through the Company's subcontractor), which intended to be used by the Company as part of the pilot planned for its products together with BBB burger chain. The advanced version includes an improvement in the System's output, I.e., up to 3 products in parallel, along with an improvement in the System's operating experience. The completion of production of the first series of the System is expected to take several months, and to the best of the Company's knowledge, as of the date of this report, the production process is progressing as planned.

the various goals the Company set to complete during 2021, and such completion takes the Company one step further towards entering a pilot with its business partner - BBB, which the System will be used and implemented within.

The Company continues its preparations for the start of the first joint pilot with BBB burger chain, and estimates that the schedules set for the start of the pilot remain the same (during the second half of 2021). 3

SavorEat Ltd. is developing a platform for the production of various types of plant-based meat substitutes, which purpose is to give the consumer an eating experience that is as similar (in taste and texture) as possible to eating meat of animal origin. The first product the company focuses on is a plant burger.
