Dear Sir and Madam,

Re: Immediate Report

The Company is pleased to announce that on 28 July 2022, the Australian Commissioner of Patents approved the Company's divisional patent application,1 for a patent claiming a system for food printing, using a unique cellulose derivative, covering a method for food printing, under an exclusive worldwide license by Yissum Research Development Company of the Hebrew University Ltd. (the "Divisional").2 The Divisional patent claims aspects which are related to the system, which manufactures various food products. The Divisional will be

1 This is a patent application number 2020230265, derived from the original patent which was previously approved for registration in Australia (In this report, the "Divisional"). A divisional patent application means a patent application, derived from a parent patent application for a different patent ("The Original Patent" and "Divisional Patent Application", respectively), and describes a different aspect from the original parent patent application. A Divisional Patent Application is a standard practice worldwide, and not unique in matters related to patent registrations. A Divisional is a patent for all intents and purposes, it overgoes a separate examination which is not dependent on the original patent, and with no relation to the examination reports of the parent patent application, however, the parent patent application and the Divisional share the same priority date and expiration date (20 years from the same date (the date of the international application)).

2 For additional details about the Company's patent applications, please refer to section 1.19.5(b) of Chapter 1 (Description of the Company's Business) of the Company's annual report for 2021, published on 9 March 2022 (and its amendment from 17 March 2022) [reference number 2021-01-027778] (the "Annual Report"), which is hereby incorporated by reference. The approval received refers to the patent application numbered 1 from the table mentioned in section 1.19.5(b) of the Company's Annual Report.

registered in the name of Yissum, and the Company has an exclusive right to use the Divisional (in accordance with the License' terms). 3 The Divisional's number is 2020230265. The expected expiration date of the Divisional is July 7, 2036 (with a priority date of July 9, 2015).

The approval of the Divisional patent joins the original patent approved in Australia, and is the second of a number of patent applications, in a family of patent applications filed in various territories covering the technology. The Company believes, the approval of the Divisional, and the rest of the intellectual property owned by the Company, creates it value, strengthens its competitive position in its field of activity, and may enable a more convenient distribution of its products to various target markets.
