Dear Sir and Madam,
The Company is pleased to announce that on 16 February 2021, the Company received from the Australian Commissioner of Patents the Patent Certificate for a patent covering a method for food printing using a unique cellulose derivative developed by the Company under an exclusive worldwide license by Yissum Research Development Company of The Hebrew University Ltd. (the "Patent").1 The Patent is registered in the name of Yissum, and the Company has an exclusive right to use the Patent (in accordance with the License' terms). 2
The Patent number is 2016290223. The expected expiration date of the Patent is July 7, 2036 (with a priority date of July 9, 2015).
The approval of the Patent in Australia is the first of a number of patent approvals expected, in a family of patent applications filed in various territories and which covers the technology developed by the Company. The Company believes, the approval of the Patent strengthens its intellectual property and its competitive position in its field of activity.

SavorEat Ltd. is developing a platform for the production of various types of plant-based meat substitutes, which purpose is to give the consumer an eating experience that is as similar (in taste and texture) as possible to eating meat of animal origin. The first product the company focuses on is a plant burger.
