Re: Immediate Report

The Company hereby wishes to update, that further to the progress achieved with its research & development processes regarding its unique advanced digital production platform for meat substitutes (including 3D printing) ("Robo-Chef System" or the "System")1 , that production and delivery2 of its first industrial-designed set of cartridges for the raw materials used by the System (the "Cartridges") was accomplished today, which manufacturing is part of the industrial tests conducted by the Company, as part of the scale-up stage meant to advance the Cartridges and the System from their R&D phase to commercial production phase.

During these industrial tests, the Company conducts tests regarding, among others, the manufacturing processes of the Cartridges, their design, their technical function, and their suitability for the System. The function of the Cartridges is to load the system and provide the raw materials used to prepare the Company's meat substitutes. 3

Successfully completing this first industrial tests is carried out alongside further development of the advanced version of the System. In addition, the Company continues its preparations for the beginning

of its first joint pilot at BBB's restaurants-chain and estimates that the pre-determined schedules for the beginning of the pilot still stand (during the second half of 2021).4

About SavorEat

SavorEat Ltd. Is developing a platform for the production of various types of plant-based meat substitutes, which purpose is to give the consumer an eating experience that is as similar (in taste and texture) as possible to eating meat of animal origin. The first product of the company focuses on is a plant burger.
