Dear Sir and Madam,
The Company hereby wishes to update, following that it has received validation certificate from a licensed standardization institute1 that its unique system for advanced digital production of meat substitutes (including using 3D printing) ("Robot-Chef System" or the "System") meets the standards required for food production machines in Israel (the "Standardization Certificate").2 Obtaining the Standardization Certificate is another significant step towards completing the development of the System and its industrial production procedures and those of the raw material cartridges in-use by the System.3 As of the date of this report, the Company has received approximately 5 industrially manufactured Systems, which were adapted to operate together with the cartridges for serial production of the Company's hamburger substitutes, which will be served as part of the Company's joint pilot in the BBB food chain restaurants, and which is in preparation.4 The Company estimates that a formal

Among the various aspects inspected during standardization examination are electromagnetic compatibility and compliance with electrical and machine safety standards. The Company believes that obtaining a Standardization Certificate is significant for the industrial production of the Robot-Chef System for the catering market and other markets.
In parallel with the pilot with the BBB food chain restaurants, the Company continues to make preliminary preparations and processes, together with the Sodexo, for the formulation of the joint pilot plan, which will first be held in food courts placed in higher education institutions run by Sodexo in the United States.6

Is developing a platform for the production of various types of plant-based meat alternatives, which purpose is to give the consumer an eating experience that is as similar (in taste and texture) as possible to eating meat of animal origin, prepared on site, according to consumers' preferences and nutritional choices.
