Re: Immediate Report

The Company hereby wishes to update, that it received the approval of the Israeli Innovation Authority ("IIA") for a grant to the Company, according to a research and development plan submitted by the Company for the year 2021-2022. The approval of the IIA is for a program to develop innovative cellulose-based meat substitutes for the meat-eating experience, which the Company is developing The Grant is in accordance with the Encouragement of Research Development and Technological Innovation in Industry Law, 5744-1984, the provisions of incentive Track No. 1 (R&D Fund, including the threshold conditions and criteria of the Track)1 and is subject to several commitments, restrictions, and conditions, as accepted in these kinds of grants, including the payment of royalties to the state of Israel out of all of the Company's revenue. The scope of research and development expenses approved for the Company in the amount of approximately NIS 7 million, and the approved grant is at a rate of 50% (I.e., up to approximately NIS 3.5 million). 2

About SavorEat

SavorEat Ltd. Is developing a platform for the production of various types of plant-based meat alternatives, which purpose is to give the consumer an eating experience that is as similar (in taste and texture) as possible to eating meat of animal origin, prepared on site, according to consumers' preferences and nutritional choices.
