On Sunday, January 16, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., the Company will hold a virtual investor conference (via ZOOM) to review the Company's activities for 2021 in a webiner format. The conference will also provide various data regarding the Company's first commercial technology-reveal event (the 'Robot Chef' system and the plant-based burger that the Company is developing) in cooperation with BBB burger-chain, which is expected to officially end today, January 11, 2022. The conference will be attended by representatives from both the Company's and BBB�s management (Ms. Ahuva Turgeman, CEO and Chef Ilan Pinchas, VP at BBB). At the conference, the Company will make use of a presentation to the capital market, as published in an immediate report dated December 5, 2021 [reference number 2021-01-176019], which is hereby incorporated by reference.
