Supplementary announcement from The Savola Group regarding the signing of a Contract to sell its stake in lands located in Al-Madina Al-Monawarah City

Further to Savola Group announcement dated 27/12/2011 in the Saudi Capital Market (Tadawul) regarding signing a contract to sell its stake in lands adjacent to Knowledge Economic City Companys (KEC) project in Al-Madinah Al-Monawarah City from the Group as detailed in the said announcement, the Savola Group announces that the deal is considered as a related party transaction; therefore it will be presented to the nearest Groups shareholders Assembly General Meeting for ratification as per regulations.
