The Savola Group Announces the resignation of a Member of the Board of Directors

Savola Group would like to announce the acceptance of its Board of Directors, on Tuesday the 24th of February 2015, the resignation submitted by Dr. Abdulraouf Mohammed Mannaa (a non-executive Director) from the Board of Directors on Tuesday the 24th of February 2015, effective from today Wednesday, 25th February, 2015. The reason for the resignation is that Dr. Manna has assumed his own consultancy services, which may result in conflict of interest in the future between the parties for which he provides consulting services and the Savola Group.

In this connection, Savola Group Chairman and the Board Members, extend their sincere thanks and appreciations to Dr. Abdulraouf Mohammed Mannaa for his efforts exerted during his office term of membership in the Savola Group Board of Directors.

It is worthy to mention, that the Savola Group will announce later the person who will replace Dr. Mannaa in the seat left vacant in the Board membership after his resignation; the formalities will be finalized as per the regulations.
