Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 610,439 Ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares are being issued in connection with the Company's Performance Share Plan.

Admission of the shares is expected on 3 June 2014.

When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
