SAVILLS PLC (THE "COMPANY")

NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF PDMRs

The Company announces that on 1 June 2015, 1,947,692 Savills plc ordinary shares of 2.5p each were issued to satisfy the first instalment of the share consideration due to former Studley, Inc. stockholders in relation to the acquisition of Studley, Inc., which completed on 30 May 2014.

Shares were issued to persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") as follows:-
