TR 1 Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company received notice on 9 January 2014 from Old Mutual plc, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it now indirectly holds voting rights in respect of shares representing 6.09% of the issued share capital of the Company.
