SAVILLS ANNOUNCES DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Savills plc, the international real estate adviser, has today announced that Clare Hollingsworth, who has been a non-executive director of Savills since April 2012 has, due to other commitments, indicated her intention to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's 2014 Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2014. The Board thanks her for her considerable contribution during her time at Savills both as a director and as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
