Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting - Payment and Record Dates Correction

Further to the announcement released on 7 April 2015 under RNS no 4883J, the circular containing the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting for 2015 misstated the record and payment dates for the proposed final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2014.

The circular and the notice should have stated that Resolution 3 to be proposed at the meeting will be as follows:

THAT a final dividend of 7.25p per ordinary share be declared for the year ended 31 December 2014 and, if approved, paid on 18 May 2015 to shareholders who are on the register of members as at the close of business on 17 April 2015.
