• Mr.R.Siddharth, who is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India is appointed as Company Secretary of the company with effect from 1[51 ] January, 2022.

"Mr. R. Siddharth is a degree holder in Commerce (B.Com.,) from University of Madras and Master's degree in (MBA - HR) in Business Administration, specialised in Human Resources from IGNOU. He is also a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and also holds LLB., degree from Kamataka State Law University. He has around 10 years of experience in finance and secretarial areas. He has served as Company Secretary in listed Company and also headed various other Departments such as Legal and Finance".
