On July 3, 2022, Michal Brickman Marom, an external director of Saverone 2014 Ltd. (the "Company"), notified the Company of her resignation as a member of the board of directors, effective on August 15, 2022, or earlier if a new external director is appointed. The resignation of Ms. Brickman Marom was due to personal reasons and not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company's operations, policies or practices, the Company's management or the board of directors.
