Notice of Annual General Meeting

Savannah Resources plc, the European lithium development company, gives notice that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 09:00 BST on Monday 19 June 2023 at Druces LLP, Salisbury House, London Wall, London, EC2M 5PS (Exchange Meeting Room). The Company announces that the 2022 Annual Report and the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") will be posted to shareholders, who have elected to opt out on receiving electronic communications, on Thursday 25 May 2023.
