Completion of Share Consolidation
Renison Consolidated Mines NL (ASX: RSN ) advises that the consolidation of the Company’s issued capital on a basis that every three hundred (300) shares be consolidated into one (1) share, as approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30 November 2012, is now complete. The shares on issue post-consolidation are detailed below.
