- all of the 152,500,000 partly paid shares have been forfeited and are held by the Directors in accordance with the Corporations Law.

^ - all of the 31/3/12 Convertible Notes matured on 31 March and were redeemed by the Company in accordance with the terms and conditions of the notes. Following the end of the quarter the company issued a total of 17,541,580,875 shares to pay the half yearly interest and to redeem the Notes. Following this the Company now has 20,555,432,306 shares on issue.
