AUCTION OF FORFEITED PARTLY PAID SHARES

Renison Consolidated Mines NL advises that as at 9 March 2012 the number of forfeited partly paid shares to be auctioned by the Company is 89,050,128.

All partly paid shares on which the call of one cent per share due on 31 January 2012 remains unpaid are to be auctioned at Renison Consolidated Mines NL, Level 6, 316 Adelaide Street, Brisbane on Monday 12[th] March 2012 at 10.00 am.
