SUSPENSION OF CONVERTIBLE NOTES MATURING 31 MARCH 2012 FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The convertible notes maturing on 31 March 2012 (the “Notes”) of Renison Consolidated Mines NL (the “Company”) will be suspended from quotation at the close of business today, Friday, 23 March 2012, pending maturity and conversion of the Notes.

The Company’s fully paid ordinary shares (ASX Code: RSN) are not affected by this suspension.
