REMOVAL OF CONVERTIBLE NOTES MATURED 31 MARCH 2012 FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The convertible notes which matured on 31 March 2012 (the “Notes”) of Renison Consolidated Mines NL (the “Company”) will be removed from quotation at the close of business tomorrow, Friday, 13 April 2012, following maturity and conversion of the Notes.

The Company’s fully paid ordinary shares (ASX Code: RSN) are not affected by this removal.
