The Directors of Renison Consolidated Mines N.L. advise that in relation to the interest payment on the Company's Convertible Notes the following dates are applicable:

Interest Entitlement Date 31 March 2004

Interest Payment Date 7 April 2004

Interest Payment \$0.05 per note

The Notes will trade ex-entitlement from 25 March 2004.
