CAPITAL RAISING UPDATE
The Directors of Renison Consolidated Mines N.L. advise that a total of 1,200,000 Convertible Notes (RSNG) have been allotted and holding statements despatched in relation to the recent rights issue of Convertible Notes undertaken by the Company.
The Company advises the following:
- $1.$ The date of allotment is 27 August 2003 and a total of 1,200,000 securities have been issued.
- $2.$ The Company confirms that the securities have been allocated into the issuer sponsored sub register.
- The issued capital of the Company following the allotment is as follows: 3.
