Annual General Meeting Date

Laneway Resources Limited advises that it will be holding its 2021 AGM on Tuesday 30 November 2021.

Given the current uncertainty over COVID the location and timing will be advised closer to the event to ensure any COVID related restrictions can be taken into consideration.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1 the company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 18 October 2021.
