The voting rights of the shareholders shall be in proportion to their shareholding in the Company as on the close of business hours of Friday, 18th December 2020 ("Record Date/Cut-off Date"). In compliance with the provisions of Section 230 of the Companies Act, 2013, Companies (Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, other applicable provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India Circular No. CFD/DIL3/CIR/2017/21 dated March 10, 2017 as amended from time to time ("SEBI Circular"), the Company Is pleased to provide the members the facility to cast their votes on resolution proposed to be considered at the meeting either by (i} Postal Ballot, (ii) remote e-voting (by using the electronic voting system provided by NSDL) and (iii} by poll (ballot paper) at the meeting venue.

Member(s) can opt only for one mode of voting out of the aforementioned modes viz. remote evoting, postal ballot or voting through poll at the meeting. If a member has opted for remote evoting, then he/she should not vote by postal ballot and vice-versa. However, in case members cast their vote both through postal ballot and remote e-voting, then voting through remote evoting shall prevail and voting done by postal ballot shall be treated as invalid. It is clarified that casting of vote by postal ballot or remote e-voting does not disentitle the member(s) from attending the meeting, however he/she shall not be allowed to vote again at the meeting.

ઘટાડો નોંધાયો છે રાજકોટની સિવિલ અને ખાનગી હોસ્પિટલમાં સારવાર લઇ સ્ટાર્સ પાયરે છે પ્રકાશના તેમના ગામ આ બ્રાહ્મ સ્ટાન્સ પ્રાપ્ત કરવા
સ્કેલા વધુ ૬ દર્દીના મોત થતા તંત્ર ફરી હસ્તકથાં આવી ગયું છે આ ઉપરાંત
પોઝિટિવ કેસોની વાત કરવામાં આવે તો રાજકોટ રાહેરુજીજ્ઞાથાં ૨૪ કલાકમાં ફરી ્યાદ્યા ક્રમ્સ્ટ કરેલ નોંધાયા છે રાજકોટ શહેરમાં બપોરે ૨૧ અને સાંજે ૬૬ સહીત કુલ
૮૭ કેસ નોંધાયા હતા જયારે જિલ્દા માં ૨૪ કલાકમાં વધુ ૨૦ પોઝિટિવ કેસોનોંધાય હતા આપ રાહેર-જિલ્લામાં ૧૦.૭ કેસ નોંધાયા છે રાજકોટ શહેરમાં કુલ પોઝિટિવ .
કેસોની સંખ્યા ૧૩૨૨૨ સુધી પહોંચી ગઈ છે હજુ ૬૭૩ લોકો સારવાર લઇ રહ્યા છે અને આજે ૧૩.૧ લોકો સાહ્ય થઇ હત્યા રહ્ય આપવામાં આવી છે.
