Saudi Telecom Company announces the consolidated financial results for the year ending at 31.12.2012. Cont.

6 - Earnings before interest, taxes, zakat, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) for the year amounted to SR 20,246 million compared to SR 20,025 million for previous year with an increase of 1.1%.

7 - Revenue from services for the year amounted to SR 59,363 million compared to SR 55,662 million for the previous year with an increase of 6.6%.

8 According to the Board of Directors recommendation of interim dividends on Sunday 08/03/1434H corresponding to 20/1/2013, for the 4th quarter 2012 amounting to SR (1,000) million, at the rate of SR (0.50) per share. This Dividends represent (5%) of the share par value, allocated to registered shareholders on the date of the convening of the General Assembly which will be declared at a later date. Therefore, the dividends distributed to shareholders for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd quarters and the recommended dividends for the 4th quarter will reach SR 4,000 million at the rate of SR 2 per share, which represent 20% of the share par value.
