Saudi Ceramic Company announces its interim financial results for the period ended 31 March 2013(three months).

Saudi Ceramic Company announces its interim financial results for the period ended 31 March 2013.

1- The net profit for the first quarter amounted to SAR82 million an increase of 30% compared to the same period last year (SAR 63 million) and an increase of 24% compared to the previous quarter SAR66million.

2-The gross profit for the first quarter amounted to SAR 152 million an increase of 35% compared to the same period last year SAR 113 million.

3-The operating profit for the first quarter amounted to SAR 91 million a increase of 47% compared to the same period last year SAR62 million.

4-The earnings per share (EPS) for three months amounted to SAR 2.19 compared to same period last year SAR 1.67.

5- The increase in the results for the first quarter compared to the same period last year is due to the growth in the companies selling and production activities.

6-The increase in the results for the first quarter compared to the previous quarter is due to the growth in the companies selling and production activities.
