Saudi Ceramic Co. announces non-convening it's Extraordinary general assembly which included Capital increase.

Saudi Ceramic Co. announces that it's Extraordinary general assembly meeting was not convened due to lack of quorum, which was scheduled to be held on 07-04-2015 . Based on that the assembly will be determined later by the company after obtaining the regulatory approvals.Note that the eligibility of the Bonus Shares to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders register in the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) at the close of trading on the second meeting.
