Saudi Cement Company announces appointment of the Chairman of the elected board of directors for its new term and formation of its committees

The board of directors of Saudi Cement Company resolved on 30/12/2015 (19/03/1437) to appoint Mr. Khalid Abdulrahman Saleh Al-Rajhi as chairman of the board of directors during its new term effective 01/01/2016 and until 31/12/2018. The board also resolved to form its main committees, which are the Executive Committee, the Audit Committee, and the Nominations and Rewards Committee.
