Saudi Cement Company announces the appointment of new member in it's Board of Directors

The Board Directors has resolved on Saturday 5/1/2013 (23/2/1434) to appoint Mr. Mohammed Abdulkarim Alkhereiji as new member in the Board of Directors to fill in the vacant position and complete the period of his predecessor till the end of the current term . Mr. Mohammed Alkhereiji is a university graduate in Management Information Systems from USA. He has been a board member of ACE Cooperative Insurance since 2003; he is also a board member of Arab Paper Manufacturing Company. This appointment will be presented to the next General Assembly Meeting for its ratification.
