Saudi Cement Company announces selection of the chairman of board of directors and the selection of the managing director

The Board of Directors which was for the new term from 1/1/2013 to 31/12/2015 held its first meeting on tusday 24/3/1434H corresponding to 5/2/2013, and selected Mr. Khalid Abdulrahman Al-Rajhi as chairman of the Board of Directors and Dr.Walid Ahmed Aljuffali as managing dirctor. In addition audit committee and nominations & remunerations committee were formed.
