Saudi Cement Company announces change of GOSI Representative in the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors approved today Monday 30/9/2013 (24/11/1434) the appointment of Mr. Ahmed Bin Mohamed Alomran non-executive director representing General Organization Of Social Insurance (GOSI) with effect from 01/10/2013 as per their request to replace & complete the remaining term of his predecessor Engineer/ Abdulla Abdulrahman Al-Suhaibani (non-executive director), due to retirement of the latter from GOSI employment. This appointment shall be presented for ratification to the forthcoming general assembly of the stockholders.

Mr. Ahmed Alomran holds in GOSI the position of )Deputy Governor for IT(, and he had earned a bachelor degree in Information Systems and a master degree in Computer Science. He had represented GOSI in the boards of directors of other joint stock companies.
