Saudi Cable Company announces to its valued shareholders the receipt of the amount of compensation for the land expropriated in the Al-Montazhat neighborhood of Kilowa 12 with an area of 48900 meters as a result of the removal of the slums in the city of Jeddah, and the value of the compensation is (44,078,256) forty-four million seventy-eight thousand two hundred and fifty-six Saudi riyals, and the amount was received on March 11, 2026, and the company would like to clarify to its valued shareholders that on 23/03/1444 H (corresponding to 19/10/2022 G) it submitted to the General Authority for State Real Estate a request to compensate the company financially In exchange for expropriation.

The financial impact of receiving the said compensation amount will be reflected in the financial statements.
