Saudi Automotive Services company (SASCO) invites shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (twenty-ninth) Second Time (REMINDER)- Continue

Each shareholder wishes to attend the Meeting, must attendance before one hour at least to finish the registration procedures and to bring along with ID, and for those who cannot attend may appoint another shareholder of non-board members or employees of the company, All agency (should be certified) and reach to company or sent to the address of the company (Riyadh 11553 P.O. box. 51880) at least before three days from assembly, attached with copy of share certificate or proof of ownership of them. Note that the quorum for the general assembly meeting is held regardless of a number of shares represented.
