SAUDI ARABIAN MINING COMPANY (MAADEN) ANNOUNCES LATEST DEVELOPMENT REGARDING AD DUWAYHI MINE AT ITS SUBSIDIARY MAADEN GOLD & BASE METALS COMPANY

Further to the company announcement on Tadawul website on 14/04/1434H (corresponding to 24/02/2013G), the Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Maaden) announces today 25/12/1436H (corresponding to 08/10/2015G) the commissioning of trial production at Ad Duwayhi mine of its subsidiary Maaden Gold and Base Metals Company. The average annual production capacity of Ad Duwayhi is estimated at 180,000 ounces of gold. The financial impact will be considered following the declaration of commercial production, which is targeted to be in the first quarter of 2016.
