Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SARCO) announces the interim financial results for the period ended 30/09/2012 (Nine months)

1.The net profit during the third quarter amounted to SR 572,835 compared with SR 455,490 profit for the same quarter of previous year, an increase of 26% compared with SR 15,469,096 profit for the previous quarter, with decrease of 96%.

2.The gross profit during the third quarter amounted to SR 1,315,562 compared with SR 1,525,110 for the same quarter in the previous year, with decrease of 14%.

3.The operating profit during the third quarter amounted to SR 822,835 compared with a profit of SR 1,255,490 for the same quarter in the previous year, with decrease of 34%.

4.The net profit during the period of nine months amounted to SR 16,681,019 compared with SR 9,399,383for the same period in the previous year, with an increase of 77%.

5.Earnings per share during the (nine months) amounted to SR 1.11 compared with SR 0.63 for the same period in the previous year.

6.The gross profit during the nine months amounted to SR 19,269,249 compared with SR 12,152,619 for the same period in the previous year, with an increase of 59%.

7.The operating profit during nine months amounted to SR 17,681,019 compared with SR 10,799,383 for the same period in the previous year, with an increase of 64% ( continued )
