Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) announces the resignation of the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from the position of Managing Director and the appointment of a Vice Chairman

Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (SARCO) announces the approval of its Board of Directors on 20 April 2017 to accept the resignation of His Prince Mohammed Bin Khalid Bin Turki Al Saud (Executive Member) from the position of Vice Chairman and retaining the position of Managing Director of the Company. The new, which does not allow the combination of the position of Deputy Chairman and the position of Managing Director and was submitted his resignation on 20 April 2017 on the beginning of the date of 23 April 2017.

At the same meeting, the Board approved the appointment of the Board Member Mr. Saud Abdulaziz Al Sulaiman (Independent Member) for the post of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors from 23 April 2017 until the end of the current session on 30 April 2018.
